CH4 0DHDirections From M6 North or Southbound: | - Leave the M6 at junction 20A, then follow signs for NorthWales, Chester, Runcorn to join the M56 motorway.
- Leave M56 at junction 15 (signposted Chester, Wrexham),then join the M53 motorway.
- Continue forward onto the A55 (signposted North Wales,Wrexham).
- Leave the A55 at junction 35A (signposted BroughtonA5104), then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit (signpostedBroughton Shopping Park).
- At the second roundabout take the 1st exit.
- At the third roundabout take the 4th exit ontoChester Road - A5104.
- Continuing past the commercial vehicle garage and BrettonArchitectural, take the next left into Well House Barns.

From M6 North or Southbound: | - Leave Chester via the Grosvenor Bridge on the A483.
- At Overleigh roundabout take the 3rd exit onto HoughGreen - A5104 (signposted Saltney).
- Continuing through Saltney following signs for Broughtonand North Wales, go past the Golf Driving Range and thesign for Bretton Hall Offices on your left and take the nextright into Well House Barns.
